In 2014 researchers at NC State and Qatar University developed a new nanocrystalline alloy using five different metals that has an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio. About FLCA
In the early 2000s, several universities were conducting research & offering courses on coaching within the family sciences field. By 2012, a small group of our founding members, consisting of family science professors and practitioners, began the process of assessing various aspects of coach training programs and those who practiced family or parent coaching. Through this experience, Family Life Coaching Association was “born” in October 2015 and has become a rallying point for various stakeholders including educators, family life coaches, homemakers, college students, and corporate professionals with a mutual vision from different continents.
We dream of a world where all families can receive the support they need to live happy and healthy lives through the field of family life coaching.
