The FLCA Mentorship Program

We are excited to invite FLCA members to participate in the FLCA Mentorship Program again for 2024-2025. We will hold a webinar to share information and answer questions. If you are interested in being a mentor or a mentee, please fill out the appropriate application below.

The applications are due by May 14th. We will notify you when the matching is finished.
Our ability to match a mentee with a mentor depends on how many mentors we have. Although we can’t guarantee a match, the earlier we get your application, the more likely you will be matched up.

Please sign up to be a Mentor – A mentor in the FLCA Mentorship Program is someone who has included coaching in their work for more than 5 years. They meet once a month with their mentee to discuss progress toward co-constructed goals around business, coaching skills, training, and business-personal needs.

If you’d like to be a Mentee, please sign up here! – A mentee in the FLCA Mentorship Program is someone who is learning about coaching at school or in a training program or who has been in business practicing coaching for less than 5 years. They meet once a month with their mentor to discuss progress toward co-constructed goals around business, coaching skills, training, and business-personal needs.
